Accounting and HR Management Staff (m/f/d)
Place of work: Goslar-Oker
Your tasks
- Independent management of ongoing financial accounting
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
- Review, coding, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Processing and monitoring of payment transactions
- Reconciliation of bank, cash, and clearing accounts
- Management of open items and the dunning process
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparation of all documentation for year-end financial statements in collaboration with the external tax advisor
- Preparation of reports and statistics for management
- Point of contact for the tax advisor as well as authorities and government agencies
- Handling personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Creation and maintenance of personnel files
- Preparation of monthly payroll data for the tax advisor
- Recording and maintenance of working hours, vacation, and sick leave data
- Drafting of employment contracts, certificates, and employment references
- Point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
- Communication with health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities
- Support with recruitment and the organization of new employee onboarding
- Monitoring of deadlines (e.g., probationary periods, fixed-term contracts, and mandatory training sessions)

Maintenance Staff – Mechanical (m/f/d)
Place of work: Vienenburg
Your tasks
- Performing repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance work on our processing equipment
- Fabricating and installing steel structures
- Carrying out welding and cutting work
- Independently troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions in our systems
- Ensuring the operational readiness of our machinery and technical equipment
- Assisting with optimization and modification work on the plant equipment
- Adhering to occupational safety and quality regulations
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a metalworker, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable technical training
- Ideally, professional experience in maintenance or plant servicing
- Good welding skills
- Welding certification is an advantage but not a requirement
- Technical aptitude and the ability to systematically analyze and resolve malfunctions
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Forklift license
- Team spirit, reliability, and punctuality
- High level of commitment and motivation
Production Employee (m/w/d)
Place of work: Vienenburg
Your tasks
- Assisting with our processing equipment and various processing operations
- Supporting maintenance and repair work on our equipment
- Performing production and quality checks
- Carrying out transport tasks as well as cleaning of equipment and the surrounding area
- Documenting material flows
Your profile
- Professional experience in a production environment is desirable
- Training in an electrical trade (e.g., electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician) is an advantage
- Forklift license is desirable
- Technical aptitude and manual dexterity

Mitarbeitende Logistik (m/w/d)

Your tasks
- Preparation and processing of shipping documents
- Recording and documentation of all goods movements in the ERP system
- Communication and coordination with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
- Loading and unloading of trucks using industrial trucks (forklifts)
- Receipt and inspection of incoming goods, as well as documentation of discrepancies or defects
- Recording, reporting, and documentation of transport damage
Dein Profil
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or warehouse operator (m/f/d)
- Alternatively, experience as a warehouse assistant (m/f/d) or logistics specialist (m/f/d)
